Yeah that's the sad part I forgot to mention. When I was walking back to my truck after getting paperwork...My truck was actually LONGER than his.

Time to get t-shirts "Long Nose 4 LYFE"

Shipper sealed my load; somewhere along my trip somebody cut the seal off. Luckily it wasn't a problem, customer is unloading. But I have seen customers refuse loads due to no seal. I suspect a former disgruntled JCT driver is doing this.

@scottied67, you were right about bumping up the idle rpm to about 800 rpm. It seems to like that alot better and it doesn't throw the parked regen needed light.

    scottied67 Thanks this.

I know it burns about 1 gallon per hour that way but if it keeps it out of the shop 3 times a year it is well worth it.

My understanding about the new Nazi law in Washington is that all those extracurricular activities are secondary offenses and they cannot pull you over for those. However, commercial drivers are not exempt from the texting or holding a cell phone, as that is a federal thing.

So, as long as you don't do something stupid like speeding, swerving, etc, while eating, drinking, smoking, popping pimples, picking your nose, or even putting on makeup (which some of you should do cuz ya ugly) extracurricular away.

This load I'm on now is a real money maker. 14k lbs (24 pallets) from Irvine, CA to Terrell, TX. Offload 12 in Casa Grande, AZ. Then offload another 6 in Los Lunas and the rest in Terrell. I wouldn't mind doing this run again.

    CannonballAA Thanks this.
