Running with JCT, Part Deux

Soon? There was just a RUMOR that China was going to slow down or stop buying our bonds (debt) and everyone freaked out.

 

Yeah my sister-in-law and brother-in-law they have a habit of not holding down jobs because the sister-in-law doesn't like being by herself with the kids so he keeps getting fired from job after job even though one of his jobs was very good. So then they post on Facebook since you can fundraise on Facebook now about how they can't make their bills and please help their family and blah blah blah...

And every time they do it someone steps up and pays their bills... buys them furniture pays their rent....

It pisses my wife off to no end..

 

Just stopped for the day. I start my apu while doing my post trip and notice my apu is pissing fuel. I jumped back in the cab and turned it off.

I open the cover and notice that a bolt (pictured) for bleeding air is missing. Luckily I found it at the bottom of the cover. Replaced bolt, rinsed the fuel off the motor with a gallon of wate and restarted. No longer pissing fuel.

So, keep an on that bolt and make sure it's tight because it will drain your passenger side tank.

 

And there is a raging debate going on in a thread regarding not needing to do postrip inspections..... Priceless

 

I'm just glad I caught it. I would have been in big dog do if it would have drain 100 gallons of fuel on the ground.

 

What model APU’s do you all have. Seems like you all have a lot of problems with them.

 

Carrier Comfort Pro. And yeah, they are riddle with small issues that never come up at one time. And it usually makes it useless when the issues come up.

 

Yeah ... Well thanks a lot. Been fueling there for years, no issues. Then you have to go and put the hex on me. Nobody carries filters yet for the X15 had to limp it 200 miles in derate to a dealer.

 

That sucks.
