Running with JCT, Part Deux

By the way green lights in Idaho Oregon and Washington open scales with a prepasses...

What a day to be alive.

 

What....are they not inspecting up there on the first day of the elog blitz?

 

They are if you get pulled in but since JCT signed our prrpasses up with norpass I've gotten green lights at all of them...

I haven't run across a checkpoint yet though.

 

I had another driver call me an ####### because I wouldn’t tell them how to bypass the scale in Centerville, Tx.

I did because I was on my way home and the route I take to my house doesn’t require I go by that scale.

 

Part of me wants to get pulled in and inspect it and get it over with just because tomorrow I've got the scales up Snoqualmie and on the other side to deal with in the morning which means I need to leave extra early in case I get pulled in.

Unless I end up having the same luck I had 2 years ago where I went from Wenatchee Washington all the way to Robert Louisiana during the Blitz and didn't get pulled in once...

 

And that’s what I hated about driving during the blitz. Leave like you normally would and you’d get pulled with a hundred other trucks and now your late.

Leave a little early to take into account of being pulled in and you get the bypass every time and now you’re too early at a place with no parking for a 100miles.

 

Frankly I don't think you can make a distinction ... you can pick up product from manufacturing plants that carry any one of those names and take it to another plant or DC that carries one of the other names.

 

Go by the plant in Ardmore Oklahoma.. It says BF Goodrich But it also says michelin... BF Good rich is one of michelin's brands they produce.
