So glad my truck as disc brakes all the around. They really do stop way faster than drum. I'll pull the video from my dash cam later today and post the video, but I almost t boned a pickup that made an illegal (as in they didn't have a green arrow) left turn right in front of my truck.

I'll have to edit the sound out because of quite a few choice very NSFW words I had.

Don't get sick, don't get injured, buy lots of Vitamin M, euthanize the kids if they get a cold...

    You know... weekday stuff... ;P

When I was looking at JCT (still am, but circumstances beyond my control are keeping me away at the moment) they hooked me up with a company that has a type of insurance. In some ways it was better than my company insurance now, and in some cases it was worse. Was actually not much more than my company insurance I pay for now.

    dwells40 and Rugerfan Thank this.

They partnered with a health insurance provider which allows for settlement deduction for the premiums. I think they're called TrueChoice or something like that. Don't ask for details because that stuff has alwayd been over my head, but for me and the wife with med, dental, vision, and a couple of extras; it's $163 a week.

A friend of mine who is a company driver at FreyMiller pays I think he said $89 a week, but the company matches that. And the insurance isn't all that different.
