    My bad I thought you had previously asked in an email about it after discovering the JCT website was advertising $1.05 a mile for new hires. Just seeing if they had answered you back yet.

    That was at the very beginning of the "Holiday Pay". At that time the response was too early to tell and haven't even discussed it yet.

    I don't see any good reason to drop the pay back down anyway... It's not like they can't afford to keep it at a $1.05 a mile or higher.

    Holiday pay will continue as long as the market will allow it. Will be the same in our settlements except it'll be market pay instead of holiday pay.
