The thing is, all the pictures are missing a critical component:

You cant #### without a full conversation with your buddy.

If anyone is interested.....here is a download for an updated Pay Estimate Spreadsheet. I added in a Market Premium Field that can be adjusted if they ever decided to change that.

Hello. Anyone wanna give me a heads up on the dot physical? Is it pretty standard? I heard if I have six months on my old one I don't have to take a new one at orientation.

I'm not sure how well I remember but I did mine at orientation. Then after that you can get it anywhere that does not physical. It's not something JCT pays for so they don't care where you get legal at. lol

    Jarhed1964 Thanks this.

I came in with one with more than 6 months (barely) and I didn't have to do one at orientation even when they were doing physicals at the actual terminal. Now they do them off site. I asked specifically because terminal doctors make me nervous and I have a history with my current doc. Just had to bring the long form.

As long as the person is on that federal Medical Examiner list you can get your phys done anywhere even at a chiropractor. Basically they are looking at your blood pressure, blood sugar, eyes, ears, throat, stuff like that. Some of them do a hernia check, some don't.

Picking up a load to take back to the yard for someone else to take to Denver. The tandems are at 40ft and I go weigh it. Yep. That won't work:

Slide the tandems all the way back to show I tried correcting the issue even though I knew it wasn't going to work. And yep, still over.

So, return to shipper for a rework.
