I just ran into a driver who has only been driving 10mos and says he's looking at coming over to jct from landair...he claims another friend of his is claiming jct pays for your fuel up to a certain amount and anything over that they deduct...smh..

That's one way of looking at the fuel surcharge.

The way he put it was none of the fuel gets charged to the driver until they hit that mark, then the driver will be charged for the fuel..

He is confusing Herschbach, they charge something like $0.99 per gallon but only so many gallons a week or some such.

I came out of Colton going to N Platte, came up I 15 to SLC intent on going across I 80 as that was the paid suggested JCT route. But 80 being closed all week practically, I rerouted myself down to 70 across but still couldn't quite make my rescheduled appt on time so they moved the appt again. 1200 mile load that will take almost a week to complete. Could be worse though I really feel for your guys sitting up on 80 and no chance to reroute any possible way.

    baha and Jarhed1964 Thank this.
