I was told I'm getting paid, its JCTs fault. The curse of the perfectly set up 70 and pay week strikes again.

It better darn well be a pretty penny because just the amount of Revenue you're losing a day sitting there because of their screw up they need to pay up big

Michelin XDN2. OK so learned something new today. Yesterday the TA shop plugged or patched the hole in my tire caused by a screw. Drove all day and posttrip discovered the tire is no good, chunks of tread missing. So the next TA replaced the tire and the tech said TA corporate forbids them from plugging or patching super singles because they have some inner and outer shell which air could get into and cause bubbles. So basically I lost a bunch of time waiting for the patch job and paid throw away money for the job. If you're familiar with the song "88 Lines About 44 Women" , that's how much it was to patch it, $88.44.

It goes beyond the sitting here. If they sit me for 34 hours on this, I'll pick up the load, and will not be able to deliver it in time. So it will be swapped. So I lose the mileage on the load. And I dind't need to sit because my 70 was rolling into my heavy use time, so I had plenty of time to take my time, and get it there.

I got 150 bucks from Nestle for sitting 24 hours on a load they screwed up. Im willing to bet I see 180 bucks MAYBE for this. Because it seems like 90 bucks a day is the "daily" rate, unless someone else is paying the bill (Nestle, Tyson, et al). Good thing I got the quallcom messages to back up me talking about the load and times if they wanna get meh about it. It does suck because I normally see between 165-247 in profit a day depending on how effecient I'm moving and fuel purchasing throughout the week.

Simply they should compensate you for their screw up big time.
