Should I fight the ticket or accept the court offer?

Fight it , the points. Don’t mean much. But that charge won’t look good to an employer .

Watch their film , take a class whatever and get the charge thrown out all together

I thought rules changed as far as CDL holders being able to get moving violations tossed out?

I got a hand held phone tossed out a few years ago ….
Had to take a dopey class and they tossed the ticket

 

You fight every ticket, if are absolutely guilty. Pled no contest and be found guilty before you admit guilt. Can't be used against you in future cases.

You always fight a ticket but the important question is - did you deserve it?
