    Could turn the tablet off,but then you gotta go thru the startup crap when you turn it back on.

    The notices turn the screen back on.

    can't really get away with turning it completely off because then the ELD won't log your truck's movement. Would be easier if we had the option of turning that crap off in the app. Most the times that it warns me about an upcoming construction zone, I am already sitting in the middle of it in a traffic jam. So, most of the time it's timing is like fixing the barn door after the horse has escaped, then came back home and is sleeping in it's favorite stall.
