And we didn't got to Cali either.

 

1st shift never bothered to tell 2nd shift that I was an inbound load waiting to be unloaded. They thought I was an outbound finishing a break. And apparently our CSRs inquiries weren't getting to the right people. Once I went in and made some noise, they put me right in a door and are unloading. Still not a happy camper, but 2nd shift wasn't to blame, so I won't go off on them...still don't like doing business with Rich's Products. I've had disorganization issues with the ones in Topeka too. Not the least bit impressed with the whole kit and caboodle
