Meds with Shaffer. I use to get the same distance requirement when I worked for Crete (many years ago) when we pulled the big rolls of copper rod from the copper plant to the wire manufacturers. Back then, not long after the Great Recession, that 44k lb load of wire grade copper was very valuable.

I feel like I'm on a Western Regional since im always up and down the West Coast.

California got me this time. Got a random lvl 3 done and guy comes over with a measuring tape, and finds im not exactly at the 48ft mark. Arrow was on tire but not dead center so got a Warning.

To prove we have some 'Swift' trained drivers...this is how you should park in W.Memphis(facing east/west)

There are 2 drivers (one dropped his trailer) that refuse to park like everyone else, and parked lengthwise blocking not only a half dozen spots, but made doing a u-turn at the end of our section really tight

With the backlog of cargo can freight, I am surprised that Crete hasn't expanded their shipping can fleet. I read that it isn't just a west coast port issue, the port of Sanannah has 80,000 cans onsight waiting to be moved. Some have been waiting weeks for trucking companies to pick them up.

Load im on is a 971*** while last was in the 980*** so a lot of OLD freight that needs moving or rather old produce needing moved.

Only half of it...knowing how weird WY weather can be, it's probably shorts and t-shirt weather in the rest of the state. Guess this means they're gonna start sending me west again so the fair weather drivers can stay warm

These drivers who run up there all summer long can deal with it in the winter too in my opinion

My company runs up to North Dakota weekly from Texas. I did it for six years. Last June I told them I was done. Been running out of our houston terminal ever since. It’s going to be a great winter this year.
