I’ve been over all major passes except for one. I’ve never been over Donner Pass. We just don’t have freight going that way. All our CA freight goes to SoCal

The furthest west i’ve ever gone on 80 is SLC. I’ve made a trip up I-5 from the LA area to Portland and Seattle but that’s it for anything north of LA

 

Just remembered i’ve never been on the Grapevine either. I’ve been over Tehachapi Pass though. I took 15/395/58 to Bakersfield on that OR run

 

Loved 58. If I could write my own ticket, I'd do produce out of Bakersfield going cross country.

 

California has a bad habit of requiring chains as soon as a snowflake falls too

 

How are cretes/shaffers benefits? Yall sleep ok with opti idle?

 

Do just fine sleeping.. benefits are pretty good.. we also get profit sharing too..asset managers here are constantly evaluated on our productivity hometime etc too

 

Good to know my house is 10 minutes from the Marietta terminal.
