My favorite secret parking place in Cheyenne was the Sinclair at (41.1174313, -104.8032742). I was always able to park there, even late, and they never charged. Loved stopping there in the summer and taking a cab downtown to eat & getting a little blotto at Sanfords. Love that place. IMG_1999.jpeg

This is what I picture as a cab in Cheyenne

As long as I am employed at Creaffer, I never have to worry about parking in that area, I'll always have a free parking spot with free showers and laundry at the terminal.

I'm having flashbacks of some of my elevator deliveries at SPD. This delivery is to a Unilever plant that is going thru a major expansion. The company directions are for shipping. So I go in that way. You follow the driveway to the Lazar Spot drop yard. She says receiving is on the other side of the building, but because of the construction, you have to go back out to the main road and go in another entrance. I get there, she gets me a dock door, but to get to that, I have to go back out to the main road and back in the same gate I went in the 1st time, then around the building. I get 3/4 to my door, and there is a tanker loading up in the driveway, but because of the construction, you can't get thru until he is done. I didn't get to my dock until 30 minutes after ny appointment (I arrived 30 min early), but at least they knew I was there, and were quick getting on my unload.

And my new load is from the KC yard to Four Oaks, NC. Apparently the system wants me to go across 40 and go back thru the Gorge (fueling at Lenoir again)...been thru it twice this week, really don't want to go thru it again. My plan is to go across 64 to 77 then down into NC. My way is 30 miles shorter (and I don't have to go back thru Crashville and the Gorge).

That’s funny I was just going to ask @drvrtech77 the same question for the same reason. I know SPD used to get a little panicky if 15-20% of the trucks were unseated. Dynamic is about the same size as SPD+belmont. If SPD had that many trucks parked, heads would roll.

Back when I worked at Dynamic there weren’t a lot of open trucks. Granted Jordan didn’t really have a say in day to day ops then like he does now.

I’d almost expect them to out of business or gobbled up soon. Especially if P&G is still the one big egg in the basket so to speak.

    Hopefully I’m wrong….

Kim the Illinois load planner had admitted to me that they were charging for p&g full rate on loads and some only required half of trailer and p&g said that’s what they wanted and what dynamic was doing was bring to half loaded trailers and putting the loads on one trailer but still charging for two..

they didn’t want me to being that mt dry van over to p&g because it was too soon for that trl to return and p&g would’ve started asking questions..this was all told to me by Kim..

Newly leaked video of Creaffer's new driver training school(I always said, with the way these new trucks are automated, all companies needed was a grinning monkey to hold the steering wheel)

Went to pick up my load at the KC yard. On the back of one of the b/l there was a note saying there was damage to the trailer when the driver went to hook up to it and that Lincoln had been informed about it along with pictures sent in. But the shop in KC was closed when he/she went to drop it in KC. (So nobody in the shop was notified). About all they could do with it anyway, since it was loaded, was put a piece of the high speed NASCAR repair tape on it. Most of the damage was just bent sheet metal, but there were a couple places that had been torn open.

And I also saw an unusual site. A 6 wheel box truck with a Creaffer logo. I guess by the truck number, it's a shop vehicle
