No room to manuver, only 150 or so actual spots tightly packed. Long row of spots where you can only blind side angle back in. Good place to get your hood ran over.Subway restaurant makes excuses to close early/open late. Understaffed constantly and overworked/overtired cashiers. Very dirty/pothole infested. Sub-par even for a T/A.

Agree on all points. I usually go to the Love's, and if no parking is available go into town on the road from the TA, open lots by the hotels, careful for the holes.

Edit, was thinking of the TA in NM by the border.

I liked the one in Santa Rosa, but I would head to the back rows, or park in the dirt lot on the side, was always room back there. But like the other said, turn into town and there is tons of parking all along the strip with the hotels and dirt lots.

Russell's is a nice place. I think it's much better than the T/A anyway. I-40 Exit 369 in NM.

Don't forget the fact that the fuel islands dump right into the car parking. Bad design.
Yes, Russell's is a much nicer place.

    blairandgretchen Thanks this.

There is a huge dirt lot just past the shop, that holds over a hundred trucks. In 11 years I have never had a problem there.

Yeah, I've never not found a spot there.
