    This is really a question for 'new drivers' in this forum - LOL.

    Can your level of 'retard power', because - it is a special power - be varied by YOU - the driver?

    This includes many commonly posted threads - such as,

    "I just backed into a really sweet looking Pete - will anybody hire me?"

    "Does Meth really show up on a drug test?"

    "Ok - So, I hit a few things, will anyone hire me now @Chinatown ?"


    I was going through the maintenance and manuals for the 1995 Peterbilt (yes people, these old trucks still capably make revenue), and found this manual - helpfully assisted by the DOT, to assist drivers in the new fangled era of the "engine brake"

    So, maybe I altered the text with a white-out tape - sue me.
