What if it Snows?

I think it's mostly what you're raised on that makes us like and dislike foods. There's a few things I hated growing up that I like now. I've lived in Georgia growing up so grits were part of most meals. Salt ,pepper and butter is all grits need . Some people put sugar in grits, There's a special place in hell for anyone that would do that.

 

I was raised in the Northeast, knew grits existed, but never actually had them until I went to boot camp.

It was "love at first bite".....

 

So, last Saturday I quit the Borg.

Now I'm going back to my old job, foodgrade East of the Rockies "regional".

Or so I thought.

My old/new TM calls me Monday, says "My preloader is quitting. You interested?"

Driving back and forth across the street loading tanks, no truck stops, bad food, moron 4 wheelers, traffic delays, waiting time, foot washers in the sink, or any other assorted otr b.s.?

Hellz yeah. Sign me up!

Gotta go. Heading up for orientation.
