They put the brakes on me here so I'm in a holding pattern until tomorrow I guess.

Pick up in Atlanta this morning and rushed thru traffic here and there... Going to deliver tomorrow at my company warehouse in PA and then will pick up another load somewhere else in PA that will be going to south of Dallas...
One of my dispatchers is a lousy planner... I lament to say that... He gives me loads that pick up at 3 pm forcing me to sit all day with lots of hrs available and then have to find parking in the evening...
Then, deliver at 6 pm in an area in TX with no truck stops nearby...
I have talked with him several times about this... I think he doesn't know or doesn't take the time to do what has to be done... This must be another one of those cheap CH Rob loads... not heavy, but the schedule sucks!
My weekly miles are not that bad though... between 2,900 and 3,700...
Hey... gotta rush to bed now... take care y'all...

 

In Brunswick for 10 then Columbia for a quick local load... at least I had time to get the Northeast warshed off!!! not great...but better than it was!!!
