    I can't find it. Good thing is trucks will never stop rolling. There is too much money to be made. I'm not saying thats going into the drivers pocket either

    If you look at trucking history, every time the driver was due a raise, the trailer got longer and the gross weight was increased by Congress. In essense, the driver gets paid more to haul more which really means fewer drivers doing more work which means the big boss companies are making more while paying the same for the labor.

    Wouldn't they just use the railway system, i have seen train adds saying that they run cheaper and unclog the highways of tractor trailers.

    Oh yeah those same rail ads that say they can move one ton of freight on 12 ounces of diesel.
