While out on the road, do you mostly make your own meals or buy food?

That is not a healthy diet.

 

The wall of spam alot.

 

About half and half. Canned goods, retort stuff, freeze dried, mres and a few other goodies.

 

For me, when I am tired, the absolute last thing in the world I want to do is cook a meal. I don’t care for the truck smelling like a microwave either. My wife often sends food along. But I almost never eat 3 meals a day.

 

You could say I "made" my own meals. Yes, I think you could say that.

 

My wife makes all of my meals.

 

I do not see the bestIst, healthiest food on that option list -


ROLLER DOGS!

 

Mumm ####roach and rat dogs. True story, one time up in alabama i decided to grab a roller dog just because i hadnt eaten anything that day and only had time to snag a few tornados. There was a dead mouse maggots and ####roaches under the rollers.
