About half and half. Canned goods, retort stuff, freeze dried, mres and a few other goodies.

For me, when I am tired, the absolute last thing in the world I want to do is cook a meal. I don’t care for the truck smelling like a microwave either. My wife often sends food along. But I almost never eat 3 meals a day.
