Supposedly they have a driver rebuttal program. Which obviously wasn't offered here. I'd be looking at some type of legal help here, and the videos are proof that you were operating safely. They can speed up and slow down to make it look however they want in those videos. Which if you look at the speed jumping all over the place, I'd say that's what they were doing. What a crock!

Why would you bother expending any effort or time in a rebuttal. It's not like you'd want your job back working for a bottom feeder like Rush.

True, and I think that its there only to pacify drivers being made aware of them. I don't believe that its being offered. Or our OP would be telling about that process, instead of loosing his job. We need to start a list of companies that are patronizing this stupid company. Then boycott them completely.

I fully agree here. I would be hanging onto those videos.

Yes but if possible you want them to take the termination out of your file. BS or not, and this one is AND easy to prove, this guy did nothing wrong and Rush should make it official that he quit. No one wants a termination in their work history no matter how ridiculous it is. Like this one.

How would you expect it to be changed when he was "fired/terminated/relieved of his position".

If they really want to see some unsafe driving they should record some of the suicide moves people do in their cars. I'd take it as a blessing in disguise and move on to a better place.

I thought I saw him rush up on Rush at 67 miles per hour then brake down to 44 miles per hour. According to my math 67 plus 44 divided by 2 equals 55.5 miles per hour the Rush truck was traveling. Furthermore, Rush was passed up by 3 other big trucks lol but not a word was said about THAT by the video dude.
