Watch to see what the new health insurance changes/cost will be. Stay tuned, so far it's been all about reduction n deduction, and I don't just mean the roller coaster miles either. As an alternative if you love creature comfort features in your truck try www.hollandent.com or Ozark, or even Nussbaum....there is also 3 others that have guaranteed week pay(highest I see is $850/$1000 a week), drive them or not. What you see in these companies is something XPO Truckload side will never do(APUs,fridgr/freezer,etc). I been checking things out over the last few months , XPO, ain't no Conway, in my opinion and being on the receiving side, I see XPO as a minus, Not a plus. Yes I'm on the truckload side.
