As to Air Fryers, been seeing one from Ninja called Crispi.

Two glass bowls for the base. One Small and One Large with the heating element and fan that sets in top. All nests together with lids for the bowls if storing leftovers or marinating a meal.

Just started looking into them but that one has caught my eye.

i genuinely think there’s an electrical or ground issue somewhere, or maybe even a drain. I leave my APU on at home to recharge batteries as necessary and when i went to work on my car at the airport, i heard the #### thing turn on like half a dozen times in the span of a couple hours. I’ll park somewhere and turn the truck off and 5 minutes later (if even that) the APU will kick on. That’s not normal for it to do that at all. Almost like the batteries are half gone, but according to the shop, the truck batteries are fine.

And no, before someone inevitably tries to point it out, all those instances are when the APU is in the HVAC off setting. In other words, it won’t turn on unless the battery voltage gets down to a set point

Dropped my load of irrigation parts in McCook and hooked to an empty destined for Lincoln to return back into the Kawasaki loop.

After I take this empty back, I’m hooking to a preload at our drop yard to go back to Riverside. Home time is coming up on the horizon 11/25 and we are already working on a plan to get me there.

Training at Clement in Lebanon for 1 month starting this coming Monday. I’ll start at Fremont as soon as they will let me. I grew up on a pretty large farm and hauled grain to MFA in Moberly, Mo, Cargill in Mound City, Mo and ADM in St. Louis back when I only needed a Class 2 or Chauffeur license. I was exempt because I was part of the farm. I’ve operated all kinds of heavy equipment and back then pulled a 40’ grain trailer. Everything has changed since then so I wanted to go through all of the training, get my CDL and start like I never drove. It brings me up to speed with modern trucking.

Forgot to mention the Pilot in Mt Vernon, Illinois is more of a PITA than usual. The road from the exit to the traffic light is torn up. You have to cut through the TA then cross the street on the other side of the construction to get in there.

I was in LTL on and off for about 9 years. Did everything from yard driver, night shift supervisor, Linehaul, and finally Maverick. When they bought out Brown Transfer it was a load of fun, living near Duluth, MN and running out to North Platte or even Denver for most of the week. Once things settled down after the merger, I ended doing a whole lot of P&D. Which, if I enjoyed, I would probably stay home and do that. I ended up going OTR with a couple different companies and then driving Heavy Wrecker. Now I'm headed to orientation with FCC on December 2nd.
