Thank you, the auto inflation is what I was talking about. With the boxes do they have a shelf or just an open box. Also I guess are they combination trailers? Steel frame and alu deck, or all alu.

Two big open boxes, combo trailer. Good deal in my opinion.

It's a Great Dane Freedom LT. Currently having an issue with the dump valve on mine. But it is a solid Trailer. Currently looking for a dunnage rack for it lol.

Top of my head, LS is

    Weekly

    $21 bobtail unladen
    $31 work comp(accident insurance)
    $2.50 Prepass
    $3.69 Load Alerts

    Annually

$200 permits, $1650 base plate - taken out weekly till paid, unless you choose otherwise.

    Monthly -

    Fuel tax reporting $4
    Q/comm - elog - $20 ish.
IFTA - if there's an overage
Mileage tax (likes of KY, if you ran miles there).
Insurance, physical on truck and trailer- varies obviously.

So an average of about $95/week, excluding physical insurance.

    Hope that helps.

Very much so that's great information. Thanks! I couldn't find a trailer in time, going to just go Mercer because of their great trailer lease purchase program. Pay that off ASAP, then see where we are at from there.

    blairandgretchen Thanks this.

    Thanks Blair.

Are you required to have workmans comp on a one man operation?

Mercer doesn't require it, although they have it available, comp of you choose you can also get key workmans, mercer has 20 a month bobtail, and 3.75 for the paperwork, and tags are taken over 90 days, 1750 for 37 state and 2100 for 48 and canada, and first year you can qualify for around 700 in bonus toward tag, an no ifta charges at all , no mileage taxes etc
