My 23 Cascadia honestly shifts like a dream. 325k and zero issues. Every once in awhile it suffers a slight case of dementia but I do as well so....

I'm also glad the company doesn't do that stuff with the transmissions. I can put it in manual mode and down or upshift as much as I want. I can also switch between performance and economy modes when needed. I didn't like the autos I had in the two 25's I drove. Mainly because it shifted pretty harsh. You never really feel mine shifting though, it's that smooth

I swear there's something going on with the south east. Last few times I've been down there they seem to be able to only send garbage.

Some fools shouldn’t be behind the wheel of semi lacking any sense whatsoever.. i’m lined up with my dock door at Costco in Sumner. There’s no other trucks around me so I back up and line up with dock dock and I’m back there opening my doors and as I get ready to start opening my left door National carriers decides he’s gonna back righit next to me Yes, he saw me back there and still kept moving back…moron

Certainly nobody but I’d tell you what the place was an absolute zoo this morning and then having to deal with National carriers stupidity when I was trying to open my trailer doors…

In my previous life when I pulled reefers, I used to deliver to the Costco DC in Dallas. You’d have an appointment between 5 and 8 am but if you parked there the previous night they would come to your truck and assign you a door by 5am. Usually about a 15 minute unload and they would leave the bills in the trailer. One of the few consistently great refrigerated customers I ever dealt with.

Now pulling tanks, most of our customers work banker hours so arrive the night before and usually pulling out by 9am. That’s the oil side, chemicals can load/unload 24/7 but still daytime hours for the most part.
