    Just my thoughts!
But yes there would be exceptions. Been with Crete 9 years, and missed 1 appointment due to traffic.

I don’t think the fine would be legal. But, it’s a good idea!

They plan at 50mph,and you get hours back at midnight central. So you probably left abou when they actually wanted you to, just time zones are hard for some people. I'll admit I sometimes cut things closer than I should, but if I start getting calls in the middle of the night, the next time my reefer goes kapoot and I dont realize it until I wake up, theyre not going to have anyone to blame. And I will make that very clear.

I've missed 2 appointments in 4.5 years since I started driving. One was completely my fault. Second was an honest mistake

I've missed other appointments but those times were because of factors beyond my control

as far as the reefer fuel solution on my load down to Irving Texas. They wanted me to fuel up the reefer at Anna Texas love’s . I went I 35 and fueled the reefer up at Denton. Texas loves and nobody said anything… So just fuel the reefer up wherever

The last 2 replacement solutions and the original solution for my current load have all been reefer fuel free (as in no recommended reefer fuel). When I spoke to Deland this morning, she was gonna check to see if they are planning to have any sort of disciplinary action for drivers who disregard the reefer fuel locations, I haven't heard back from her about it.

to be honest I don’t think they really are going to have any because logically that reefer fuel solution is never gonna work. That’s why I just continued to do what I normally do fuel it as needed and always ensure that the reefer is full of fuel prior to dropping on a customer or a yard, no matter what because that’s the only thing that makes sense to ensure that the thing has plenty of fuel to run on in case it’s sitting there at a yard or a customer’s lot..
